No matter how impossible somesituations in our lives may seemto be, we can still choose to trust God and keep standing on the Promises of God even when things don’t make sense, even when it seems unlikely that our situation will change. With God, there is always Hope. With God, all things are possible. We need to keep our faith and not dig up in doubt what we planted in faith. The truth of the matter is, Faith and doubt cannot co exist. We cannot have faith and doubt at the same time. Jesus in response to the question His disciples had just asked Himabout the figtree which had withered as a result of the words He hadspoken said; “Truly I tell you, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only can you do what was done to the fig tree, but also you can say to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and it will be done.We all face different mountains inour lives at some point be it spiritual, physical, financial just to mentiona few. However, these mountainswe face according to Scripture canbe moved because God is biggerthan any mountain we will everface. The Bible assures us that God isin control and that nothing is impossible with God. What is impossible with man is possible with God, (Luke 18:27).
Scripture reassures us that Godgoes before us and makes the crooked places straight, (Isaiah 45:2). No matter what each day brings,No matter what the future holds, we can rest assured that God holdsour future and that He has already gone before us and paved the way for us. No matter what challenges each day brings, we can be sure according to the word of God that God is not only with us all the time and for us but also that He has already gone before us and made the crooked places straight which representthe obstacles in our lives. The crooked places will look different for each one of us. However, it is good to know that no matter what obstacles come our way, God is able to help us overcome them because he has already gone before us. so keep walking. No matter what lies ahead ofus, God is already there.
Scripture encourages us to seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to us, (Matthew 6:33).Everyday, we ought to seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness in our daily lives and in all things that concern us. Each day, we ought to put God first and depend on Him for guidance, wisdom and strength as well as trust Him for our daily provisions. When we seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, we can rest assured that all things shall be added unto us according to the riches of His glory in Christ Jesus.
