With God there is always Hope.

Even in difficult times,

there is always Hope.

God is the “God of Hope”.

The Bible reassures us that those who
hope in the Lord will renew their strength.

They will soar on wings like eagles;

they will run and not grow weary,

they will walk and not be faint.

Although the English word ‘hope’ may have
an element of uncertainty in it, the Greek word
for hope in the New Testament always speaks
of a sure expectation of some good outcome
or positive result.

Psalm 39:7 says;

But now, Lord, what do I look for?
My hope is in you.

Sometimes it is not unusual for us, God’s
children to worry about a problem, to talk
about the problem to others, and even to
have sleepless nights:

All this without taking the matter to God
in prayer;

All this without going to the Scriptures, the
Word of God so that we might receive, joy,
peace and encouragement from the Lord
(Psalm 1; Rom. 15:4,13).

The Scriptures (Word of God) give us hope
and build up our faith (Rom 10:17).

Romans 4:18 tells us that against all hope,
Abraham in hope believed and so became
the father of many nations, just as it had
been said to him, “So shall your offspring

Abraham we are told did not weaken in his
faith and he did not waver through unbelief
regarding the promise of God,

but was strengthened in his faith and gave
glory to God, being fully persuaded that God
had power to do what he had promised.

The word of God is filled with very great and
precious promises of God that according to
the Bible are all “Yes” and “Amen”
in Christ.

We can have hope even in challenging times.

We can have hope Today, Tomorrow and
everyday, because our God is a God of Hope.

May the God of hope fill you with all joy
and peace as you trust in him, so that you
may overflow with hope by the power of
the Holy Spirit, Romans 15:13.

God Bless
